Dreefs is one of the main names in the production of electromechanical and electronic switches, selectors and controls for electric household appliances, automobiles and electrical equipment in general. Under this brand name, which dates back to 1903, products are manufactured in 6 factories in Germany and elsewhere with a staff of over 1,000 persons turning out 60 million finished products yearly.

The invaluable contribution of qualified designers and engineers enables Dreefs to meet a diversity of market requirements and provide superior quality products - particularly innovative control systems using Medtronic technology (combined electromechanical and electronics). Electric controls for electric household appliances and electromechanical equipment in general are manufactured and marketed under the Molveno OEM trademark. GI-EM specialize in the manufacture of small electric induction motors and heating elements for small and medium-size electric household appliances. High-tech products, featuring selected materials, all undergoing strict in-process tests. With a market presence of more than twenty years, extensive technical experience, modern production facilities and logistics, and close synergy with the other members of the Siber Group, GI-EM now ranks as a world leader in major market sectors.
