Model: WM-PLC-SMR-003  CONF700 is a windows based configurator for the LC700. It is easy to use and learn. The user can configure the hardware for the LC700 system, create the control logic through the Ladder Structure language, create User-Functions, test the application and have it optimized.

The application can be divided in as many logic networks that the memory can fit and the user can change the execution order, disable execution for analysis and debug purpose.

3Program with the logic blocks, large storage capacity  

                    

    With a function block, FAB can easily fulfill the control function, which the normal PLC must use a large section of program to do so. If several function blocks are linked together in a specific way, the relatively complex control functions can be implemented. As FAB has up to 127 function blocks for program storage, there is a sufficient application resource to fulfill the demand for more complex and advanced control, and the programs are written in, they will never be lost.

 

4 QUICK II: a free-of-charge programming software

                    

     QUICK II Can not only be used to program for FAb directly on the LCDdisplay panel, but also be used to program for FAB on the computer ,then the program is written into the memory of FAB .QUICK II is a very friendly man-machine programming interface. It cannot only edit the function diagrams, but also can analogously run the written program. It provides an off-line testing function to the users so as to avoid a lot of inconveniences  in online QUICKII II will not only guide you to implement the edition of the control programs, but also to perform the instant monitoring for the field environment for the field environment and the operation conditions of FAB.

 
 

5  Real-time clock function  

         

    FAB Intelligence Controller has an instant real-time recording function, and it can execute the operations per requirements. It has as many as 127 different time intervals can be set, so it is especially suitable for those systems which requite time control.

 

6Analog input and transmission

                     

      F In addition to receiving the switching input, FAB receives the analog inputs to implement the control for temperature, humidity, pressure, flow, liquid level, etc., and transmit them to remote PC for monitoring.

 
 

7Remote program and data acquisition supervision through MODEM

         

When need to program or modify the programs for FAB Controllers in a remote distance, it only need to connect FAB Controllers through MODEM to telephone line, and it can perform data acquisition and real-time supervision through MODEM as well

 

8Security cipher code function

             

  FAB itself has an absolute security for the programs written in. The program can be written in or be modified only after the correct cipher code is entered.

 
 

9Telephone Function

         

   FAB has telephone and voice function blocks. It can dial directly through telephone line (need to set the telephone number beforehand, FAB can the dial the number automatically when the conditions are met) so as to implement inform or alarm functions.  Moreover, it can also be dialed so as to control the terminal equipment wherever the user are.

 

10Voice Function

                           

   It is the first that FAB applies the voice recording and playing-back functions to the Automation Industry, creating the intelligence controllers, which can speak and implement the voice prompt function.

 

 
 

11Networking Function

         

    FAB has a networking function that they can be linked with up to 255 Fibs to make up a network and implement the instant supervision and control on the same PC.
