Whether filling or dispensing solids, liquid or gases, the Hardy Instruments HI 3010 Filler/Dispenser automates your entire process. The HI 3010 achieves accurate and repeatable results, not only through the use of our core weight control technologies, but also because it controls, monitors, and tunes the entire filling or dispensing operation. As a stand-alone controller, it offers fast and slow speeds with auto self-adjusting preacts for fast precise process control. Built-in totalizers keep you up to date as to the number of cycles and amount of material in the cycle, as well as history totals for each of the twelve internally stored material configurations. Output alarms warn you of overfills, feed timeouts, out of tolerance, not OK to fill, too many jogs, if the discharge gate is not responding, and even when to change an intermediate bulk container. Hardy's new Filler/Dispenser controller is field configurable for the following applications: Filling / Dispensing / IBC |

Hardy's 2601 Monitoring System provides
continuous monitoring for critical plant machinery.
The HI 2601 Machinery Condition Monitor is designed to provide continuous monitoring for critical plant machinery. It is a stand-alone monitor, built in a rugged stainless steel enclosure, suitable for installation in a machinery room, near the machinery, as well as in a control room. It meets the guidelines of the American Petroleum Institute standard, API Standard 670, 3rd Edition, which defines features and functions that ensure a high degree of reliability for machinery monitoring and protection systems. The monitoring system holds up to eight channel cards, most of which are 2-channel cards. These plug-in cards determine the monitoring configuration of the system. An LCD display shows current measurements, alarm set points, and other important information about each channel. In addition to this graphical data, it is used to set the monitoring parameters of each channel. Complete trend history files are automatically captured for each active channel in the monitoring system. |

The HI 5500
series signal conditioners are DIN-rail mountable modules that provide a
building-block approach to monitoring important machinery.
Vibration monitoring or rotating machinery has been practiced for many years in many industries and has proven to be a valuable approach to improving manufacturing operations. Some of the primary benefits are:

Hardy Instruments offers a full line of industrial grade accelerometers for measuring vibration on typical plant machinery. These accelerometers are in stainless steel housings to withstand harsh environments. They are isolated from ground and are protected against RF noise by an inner shield. Typically, they have 2-pin MS style connectors, which adds to their ruggedness, and can be supplied with watertight mating connectors and cables. |

The Hardy
Instruments non-contact displacement transducer systems are designed for
measuring radial shaft vibration or axial thrust position on rotating
machinery. They meet the American Petroleum Institute standard, API Standard
670, 3rd Edition, for performance and interchangeability. These transducer systems consist of three parts - Eddy Probe, Extension Cable, and Driver. They are typically used on machines equipped with sleeve bearings and thrust bearings, but are used for other non-contacting displacement measurements such as measuring the position of rods on reciprocating compressors.0 |

ANY-WEIGH™
Bench Scales The ANY-WEIGH™ Bench Scales are a line of remarkably low profile industrial scales that are available with standard interfacing to a weigh instrument or with built-in electronics for direct connection to a PC or PLC network. Built-in overload stops protects the scale from damage by shock or excessive load. Hardy's ANY-WEIGH™ Bench Scales can be used for general check weighing or filling applications, placed under a feeder for loss-in-weight, or for general QA laboratory work. The scale is resistant to moisture with a stainless steel top, powder coated steel base, and conformal-coated internal circuitry, but is not intended for immersion in liquids or severe wash down applications. |
