GreenLine Mk II GreenLine Mk2 is a high quality, high performance, intelligent multiple measurement apparatus for flue gas analysis in the heating and power utility, industrial plants, as well as chemicals process, technical monitoring, servicing, environmental protection, and every situation where emissions have to be monitored and controlled. 3 to 6 sensors can be connected to measure simultaneously several gas emissions (O2, CO, NO, NO2, SO2, CxHy). The measured values are used by the instrument for CO2 and NOx emission calculation. Optionally it can be equipped for pressure and smoke measurements and up to 250 complete analysis with internal memory.

EcoLine 6000 Portable Industrial FlueGas Analyzer

Model: WM-ANLZ-EURIMR-002

Portable industrial flue gas analyzer- Flue gas analysis using up to 6 sensors O2, CO, NO, NO2, SO2,CxHyAuxiliary & Calculated Measurements Ambient and Flue Gas Temperature Draft and Differential pressure. Efficiency. Excess Air CO2, NOx Optional Measurements Ambient CO Gas Leak Detection Ambient Temperature and Relative Humidity. EcoLine 6000 consists on two functional parts, the gas analysis unit and the remote control unit (RCU). Communication between the two devices is via standard RS232. All data collected by the gas analysis unit can be sent to the RCU to be viewed, stored and printed.

The gas analysis unit is a true, portable, flue gas laboratory. It includes an aspiration pump, filters, condensate drain with peristaltic pump, electrochemical cells and electronics. The gas analysis unit can be positioned beside the stack sampling point and after programming, can work as a stand alone unit (black-box).The operator can survey the overall analysis at a distance by using the remote control unit. The RCU is used to send operative instructions to the gas analysis unit, to display and store the analysis data, to print data, and to transfer data to a personal computer.

Using the optional DBGas 2000 windows software package, the operator can organize and manage inspection and maintenance activity. This software package includes Gas Config windows software. With this software you can modify the configuration of your instrument.

IMR 400 WALL-Mounted Flue-Gas Conditioning System
The IMR 400 is a wall-mounted flue-gas dryer, and is designed to prepare flue-gases for a wide variety of gas monitoring applications. The IMR 400 is a 'stand-alone' system that works automatically.

The rugged wall mounted enclosure meets NEMA type 4 (IP65) classification.
The first step of the flue-gas conditioning process is filtering the gas sample. The filtered flue-gas enters the system through a heated hose. The heated hose keeps the sample hot until it reaches the IMR 400. The system then removes the water vapor with a permeation dryer or a peltier-cooler from the hot sample. The IMR 400 is designed to prepare flue-gases for the IMR 5000 flue-gas analyzing sytem.

IMR 5000 P

Continuous Flue-Gas Monitoring System

The IMR 5000 is a state-of-the-art continuous flue-gas monitoring system, and is designed for a wide variety of flue-gas monitoring applications.
The IMR 5000 is a stand-alone analyzer that works automatically. The rugged wall mounted enclosure meets NEMA type 4X (IP65) standards.

The modular approach of the IMR 5000 allows one or more gases (up to 8) to be measured simultaneously. The IMR 5000 uses the latest sensor technology from electro-chemical sensors up to NDIR benches. The system can analyze samples taken from up to 4 different sampling points. This sequential measurement
is only possible with the addition of multiple gas sampling and conditioning devices (IMR 400). The IMR 5000 offers various outputs such as a serial interface (RS232/RS485), an analog output (volts / current) and an alarm (relay). All of the above features allow the IMR 5000 to be configured for a variety of applications and can easily be upgraded in the future.
